  2. Scheduling System • Workedwith Phil to get access to EMS Lite • We now have access to room bookings and can save a schedule for specific rooms to • several different formats such as .xls, .html, .txt, .pdf • Only issue we have is the ability to get information automatically

  3. Excel Format HTML Format

  4. HTML Templating • Need templating engine to convert raw scheduling data to HTML format • After research, Django templates seem the most flexible • Use python script with cron task to generate html files using djangotemplating engine

  5. Power Supply • Ordered a $20 Kindle Solar Charger.
