  2. You can’t be just in one place all the time. I want my toll free number to ring to multiple locations at the same time.

  3. MANAGING YOUR TOLLFREEEXPRESS ACCOUNT

  4. GO TO TOLLFREEEXPRESS.COM To login to your control panel…. Enter your username and password (user@tollfreeexpress.com, username format)

  5. To configure your call routing … Click on Toll Free Services

  6. To add user accounts… Click on User Accounts “User Accounts” is the section where you setup multiple contact information. These contacts are individuals or entities that you intend to route the calls you get from your toll free number.

  7. Click on New Contact and fill out all information for that new contact

  8. The extension can be any number as well as the password. This extension is the user’s ext # in your phone menu. The pw is the pw used to enter a conference call The email address entered in this area is recipient email address of all voicemails for the extension specified.

  9. Enter all the phone numbers you want to forward / route the toll free call to once a call comes in. Click on “Call Phone 1 to 4 at the same time”. This enables the Tollfreeexpress system to route the toll free call to all 4 numbers specified. This way, you can pick up the phone anywhere you are. Click on SAVE to save all changes

  10. Click on System Menus Click on New Menu

  11. test Enter any ext name. Click on SAVE.

  12. Click on Edit Callflow

  13. Enter an extension, “s” as starting point. “s” stands for starting point, which means it’s the first action the toll free system is going to execute upon receipt of a call. Choose Call Contact Linda Bailey. This was the user account you created a while back. Click on ADD to save changes.

  14. Map your Toll Free Number to “TEST”. Click on Add.

  16. GO TO TOLLFREEEXPRESS.COM Enter your username and password (user@tollfreeexpress.com, username format)

  17. Click on Toll Free Services

  18. Click on User Accounts

  19. Click on New Contact and Fill out all information for that new contact

In this example, enter your home phone number in Phone1 to get all calls from your toll free number forwarded to your home phone. Click on SAVE to save all changes

  30. There are 2 ways to record a sound file: Record using your computer with a wav or gsm file format. Make sure the file is 8khz and save it on your local directory. Record using the telephone. Call 1800- 449- 0335 and listen to voice instructions.

  31. If you used your computer to record…. Click on Sound Files

  32. Click on Browse

  33. Select a file (.wav or gsm file) that is 8khz. Tollfreeexpress system doesn’t not recognize any other file size. Your recording will sound garbled if the file size is not 8khz. Click on Upload.

  34. Click on User Accounts

  35. Click on Edit “Bailey, Linda”

  36. Choose “Recorded from Telephone” or computer file and click on SAVE.

  37. Click on System Menus Click on New Menu

  38. test Enter any ext name. Click on SAVE.

  39. Click on Edit Callflow

  40. Enter an extension, “s” as starting point. “s” stands for starting point, which means it’s the first action the toll free system is going to execute upon receipt of a call. Choose Call Contact Linda Bailey. This was the user account you created a while back. Click on ADD to save changes.

  41. Map your Toll Free Number to “TEST”. Click on Add.

  42. OR You can follow the succeeding procedures as other means of setting your account to play the sound file.

  43. Click on System Menus Click on Callflow

  44. Create extension “s”. Set action to Play Sound. Click on Add.

  45. I want my toll free number to forward to another toll free number. Sorry, it is against FCC regulations to route a toll free number to another toll free number.

  46. I want to set up my voicemail to be emailed to my email address.

  47. GO TO TOLLFREEEXPRESS.COM Enter your username and password (user@tollfreeexpress.com, username format)

  48. Click on Toll Free Services

  49. Click on User Accounts

  50. Click on Edit “Bailey, Linda”
