  19. What does this mean for section leadership? Members Elect – Chair, Secretary & Treasurer • Officers – chair-elect/vice chair position not required. Create section policy for additional officers. • Chair Appoints Committee chairs – Auditing, Membership, Nominating required. Create policy for standing committees.
