Mongoose Party. Party Platform. Immigration. Illegal immigrants should be able to obtain citizenship. This would allow the government to collect back taxes and fines. It would also add millions of people that would be paying taxes each year. Education. We are against standardized testing.

  2. Immigration • Illegal immigrants should be able to obtain citizenship. • This would allow the government to collect back taxes and fines. • It would also add millions of people that would be paying taxes each year.

  3. Education • We are against standardized testing. • It encourages students to see school as a competition instead of a race we should all strive to finish.

  4. Gay Marriage • We believe that gay marriage should be legal. • States should be allowed to choose if it should be legal. • With half of marriages failing already, it should be reserved for those who are truly in love and should be kept meaniful.

  5. Health Care • Health care should be privatized and not handled by the government. • The only way the government should be involved is to hand out vouchers to elderly and impoverish people.

  6. National Debt • We are planning to tax richer Americans to help reduce the debt. • We are also planning to reduce taxes on small businesses to eliminate outsourced jobs . • We also plan to eliminate programs that are not necessary or are not preforming.

  7. Regulation of Business and Commerce • Our political party is against too much government involvement. • We want to limit the governments involvement in businesses across the U.S. • We believe that businesses that stay in America should get tax breaks because they are helping our economy grow.

  8. Abortion • Our party is pro choice. • We believe that a women has a right to do what she wants with her body. • We also believe that a child isn’t a human being until they are born.

  9. Mortgage Crisis • Our party plans to attempt to address the crisis. • We plan to do this by restricting how often banks can give loans and how much they can give to certain people.

  10. Alternate Energy • Mongoose party believes in clean, renewable energy that is easy to access. • We believe that nuclear power is the best choice. • We believe that wind and solar energy is a viable alternate choice
