  2. Copper is the most sought after wire material used in electrical and industrial motor units. It is the most widely used metals in the manufacturing as well as research labs.

  3. Electrical properties: Amazingly potent • Bunched copper wires have a high electrical conductivity. • It also has a good thermal conductivity that makes it great material to be used in induction furnaces where temperatures have to be gained in matters of minutes. • The electricity is carried by a series of Bunched copper wires wound over a magnetized iron rod so as to accelerate the rate of electricity.

  4. Construction of copper wires • Bunched cable wires are usually available in strands or cable forms. • Brunched copper wires that are to be used for special applications can be manufactured using the silver coating on copper wires.

  5. Grounding applications Bare wires are popularly known as the ‘ground’ wire. It is used extensively in the earthing applications. Earthing is the process of grounding the electrical charges into the Earth, so that the electrical device is safe from short circuit and the person using does not get a shock on touching the body of the appliance. The bare wires are used in those gadgets that do not require any kind of insulation and can be used in naked form. Bare copper wires offer excellent durability and ductility. They can be drawn into thinner diameters as well as flattened into sheet and films.
