Starr and Neilds Scholarship • Please note, only students who meet the following eligibility requirements may apply: • financial need • academic merit • no previous UD study abroad participation • plan to study abroad (not in the U.S.) on a UD program in the coming year • will have completed a minimum of 28 credits by the time of study abroad
