  2. Adam Elmakias was born in Madison, Wisconsin . • He was born on June 5th, 1989 – 24 years old. • His work appears on magazines such as AltPress and on tour ads.

  3. He says what influenced him was he started out just taking pictures in his yearbook class and one self portriat captured is counselors eye and she gave him a camera and he started. • He was a troubled kid when he was younger. • He started while in high school.

  4. His style is Music Photography . • Music photography is a photographer who takes pictures in the music industry such as of artists performing or band photo shoots etc.

Photo 1 Critique • The Lighting is Artificial because it is inside and it seems to be coming from the lighting in the ceiling. • The main subject of this photograph is Mitch and his daughter touching their toes, I can tell this because they are smack in the middle and the most popping out. • The composition such as leading lines would have to be their legs and arms and the lighting is from the lights up above. • The story is how much alike the two are and that Mitch really loved is daughter and they are super cute. • I chose this picture out of all because it is one of my all time favorite pictures of Mitch and Kenadee.

  8. Photo 2 critique • The Lighting is natural because they are outside so it is coming from the sun. • The main subject in this picture is Oliver and Mitch. I can tell this because they are the only people/subjects in the picture other than the background. The camera focuses on them. • The lines in this picture are the metal bars and both of their ties. This follows the rule of thirds because the top of their heads hits the top two middle points. • There is not really a story other than they are having a free day from Warped tour and they are just enjoying themselves with each others company. • I chose this picture opposed to others because Oli and Mitch some of my Most favorite Vocalist and they look Beautiful also their eyes look great.

  10. Photo 3 Critique • The lighting used in this picture is artificial because it is not outside yet it is very bright. Personally I think it is a little to bright. • The main subject of this picture is Oliver and Matt I can tell this because they are right smack in the middle and the only subjects in the picture. • In this picture both of their heads hit the top two middle points and the leading lines are the wrinkles on their sweaters. • In this picture there is no story they are just band mates taking a picture together at a small photo shoot. • I chose this picture over all his other pictures because they both look beautiful and they are my favorite members from my favorite band.

Photo 4 Critique • The lighting is natural because they are on a stage outside. • The main subject of this photograph is Oliver and I an tell this because the closer images are blurred put and other than their album cover being the background he is the only other subject. • The leading lines are the background which is so great I love it and the lighting I believe is just right and it fits the rule of thirds because he is not exactly in the middle. • The story of this is that they were probably performing their song Anti-vist which is why he is smiling, having a good time, and flipping everyone of, I’m sure they did it back its kind of the thing for that song. • I chose this picture because you can tell Oli is having a good time and he looks so happy and Beautiful lastly his tattoos and arms look fabulous.

Photo 5 Critique • This lighting is natural because it is taken on stage outside. • The main subject of this photo is the whole entire band jumping and I know that because they stand/pop out from the rest of the picture. • The lighting in this picture is perfect you can see everything clearly, Leading lines are drumsticks and microphones, and lastly they fit the rule of thirds because their heads hit each top point. • There is no real story they are just having fun jumping and performing for the fans. • I chose this picture over others because I just love it. The way they all jumped and that the photographer captured that moment is so great.

Photo 6 Critique • The lighting in this picture is natural because it is taken outside over all the fans. • The main subject is Oliver and I can tell this because he is the lead vocalist of the band performing and he is singing over a sea of fans. • Leading lines of this picture are all the fans hands trying to touch Oliver and it looks like you can even reach in and grab their hands. • The photographer is just trying to capture a moment when everyone is fangirling about Oli • I selected this picture over all the other ones is because I love how everyone is fangirling and the fans faces are funny.
