1. Adico Dingzhou produces two kinds of pipes at present: standard EN877 pipes & Sanitary S+ pipes. For the latter, it has better mechanical performance than the standard: better hardness, tensile strength and ring crash. All our pipes and fittings are epoxy resin powder painted, which are good at adhesion and coating thickness. There are two kinds of pipes in our factory: yellow color inside & red color inside. Both kinds of products can pass the professional tests which are more than thirty kinds. We hydro test each piece of pipe before painting, to save energy and offer safety to our customers. There are thirty two items of fittings in our factory. We have well-trained and experienced inspectors who conduct inspection to every fitting, even if it is small, they check it carefully from white pieces until it is painted well. In this way, we get rid of fittings of holes. In each batch during the production, we randomly broke some products for test of coating thickness. The gray cast iron soil pipes produced by centrifugal technology which are used in drainage sewer system and ventilation ducts system through a flexible linkage, which have passed the test of Hebei institute of products quality intendance and Provincial verification and to fill the domestic gap, and have following advantages :flat straight,even pipe wall. high strength and density,high smoothness internal and external surface, no casting defect, easy installation, easy maintain, long using life, environmental protecting,fireproofing and no noise.
