  2. A member of the Fandstan Electric Group X Cable festooned systems Also for the electrical supply of the crane trolley Stemmann-Technik offers the suitable product by means of its complete programme of cable festooned systems. Acc. to the requirements the systems are used for flat- and round cables. The support loads range from 250 to 1000 kg per cable trolley. Stemmann-Technik GmbH effects the complete project management of the cablefestooned system. The systems supplied by Stemmann-Technik GmbH are characterised by soliddesign and simple maintenance.

  5. A member of the Fandstan Electric Group X Cable festooned system, series “KW 215“ This type has been especially developed for the use of flat cables. It is used on small to medium-sized crane systems. • Technical data: • a support can be equipped completely from one side • rubber block clamping • support load up to 250 kg • travel speed up to 210 m/min • use of rubber- and steel-tension ropes

  6. A member of the Fandstan Electric Group X Cable festooned system, series “KW 310“ This cable trolley type has been developed for the use on big crane systems and for high loads at high travel speeds at the same time. • Technical data: • up to 3 supports among each other, to be equipped from both sides • suitable for round- and flat cables • block- and individual clamping possible • support load up to 500 kg per trolley • in reinforced version up to 1000 kg per trolley • travel speed up to 240 m/min

  9. A member of the Fandstan Electric Group X Calculation of a festoon system • For the calculation of a festoon system the following parameters are needed: • Travel distance, Travel speed • Sag from lower edge of rail, Place of application (indoor / outdoor) • Special ambient influences (e. g. acids, vapours, dust, see climate, etc.) • Number of cables to be transported, Type of cale (round cable, flat cable, hose) • Dimensions (diameter, resp. height / width, weight), Bending radius, Material of rollers
