  4. Documentation • Document, document, document (not documented = not done) • Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures • Develop and use IRB tools • Reporting as necessary

  5. Communication/Evaluation • Interaction • Close relationships • Evaluate processes • Quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
