Display Rule Changes • Hanging Banners • Maximum Height for the top of the banners 36’ from the floor • Floor covering is required for all booths • All booths must have floor covering installed by 4PM on Sunday, March 2, 2014 • All peninsula booths are required to submit a layout for approval by January 24, 2014
Pricing for 2014 • Booth costs will remain the same • Early Discount Rate - $2300 / booth (until 7/15/13) • Regular Rate - $2700 / booth (after 7/15/13) • Expansion Rate - $1750 / booth (any booth over Pittcon 2013 space) • Seminar Room with Ceiling - $8500 • Seminar Room without Ceiling - $7000
Important Dates / Deadlines • June 3, 2013 • Booth Space Agreement available online • July 15, 2013 • Booth Space Agreement and Payment due to qualify for the early discount rate • August 5, 2013 • Booth assignments begin in seniority order starting at 64 years and working back
Important Dates / Deadlines Cont. • September 20, 2013 • Information for the Preliminary Program Due • October 11, 2013 • Last day for a 75% refund on cancellation • October 28, 2013 • Booth Assignments mailed to exhibitors • Service Manual available on-line
