  3. The old ideal customer? • Old Ideal Customer:- Name: Eugene- Age: 30+- Likes: His Job, family, food, travelling- Dislikes: Stress, hassles- Occupation: Businessman- Income: $100,000 per year - Owns a two story house

  4. The new ideal customer? • New Ideal Customer:- Name: Christina- Age: 13-19- Likes: Writing, eating salad, Art, Music - Dislikes: Stress, exams- Occupation: Student, bakery assistant- Income: $0 - $2,000.00 per year

  5. Research Analysis • Analyze ResearchFrom our survey, teenagers currently want pens that are comfortable, have long lasting and chang-eable ink, and is easy and smooth to write with. Our Parker Pens already have all these things and so much more. Our goal is to make our brand more appealing to teenagers by showing the benefits of owning a Parker Pen. So in our advertisements, it will be showing all these things that teenagers claimed they want in a pen.

  10. 2. One of the girl’s pens run out of ink while doing the test.

  11. 3. Another student next to her offers a Parker pen.

  12. 4. It is 9am and the students are still taking the test. The clock is still ticking and the hours begin to pass.

  13. 5. As the clock handle begin to stop, the picture shows the end of the test.

  14. 6. The scene changes from night to morning.

  15. 7. The same girl who’s pen ran out ink has a Social Studies exam. She still uses the pen her friend lent her.

  16. 8. The Social Studies test is finished and the students come out.

  17. 9. The girl gives back the Parker pen to her friend. • Girl says: “This pen is amazing. It worked perfectly well through both of my exams and I didn’t even need to refill the ink.” “What is the brand?”

  18. 10. Her friend says: “It’s Parker, of course. What you said is true. That’s why I use it all the time. It’s so comfortable to write with and the ink is long-lasting.” Pure Parker- Pure Power!
