  2. Death! • In what manner is Hamlet talking about death now? What does he say about it? What is his tone or attitude towards it now? • Compare his comments here to Claudius’s comments in Act I.ii and his own in Act IV.iii. How have Hamlet’s ideas of death progressed through the story? Give evidence.

  3. Ophelia’s Funeral • How does Hamlet act during Ophelia’s funeral? How do you feel about this? • Did Hamlet really love Ophelia? Give at least three pieces of evidence for or against. Either way, what do his actions at the funeral mean?

  4. Rosencrantz and Guildenstern • Why are they dead? What happened? • How do you feel about Hamlet’s role in all of this? Why is he capable of this but not killing Claudius? What’s the difference? • Psychologically, in what ways is this similar to something like cyberbullying? Make a comparison.
