Player with ball passes to outside player who takes first touch with Left foot and then passes back into main area through the gates with their Right Foot. The gates are positioned on an angle so that the first touch has to open up the angle. Players follow pass Variation: Players receive Right Foot and pass Left Foot Players receive with Outside Left and pass with Left Players receive with Outside Right and pass with Right Player becomes passive defender after passing.
