Quick Test steps • Pick site / document to test • Develop tasks (even “First Clicks are OK) • Determine # testers needed to succeed (10) • Timed dry run of the test • Select location • Set up materials 45 min before test begins • Test people for 5-15 min max each • Record the successes / failures and feedback • Debrief problems and solutions
