The Protocol Support Tool

The Protocol Support Tool. Some PST guidelines from the Cape Town meeting. Must be as small as possible. Be able to run without an Internet connection. Be simple to use. Be expandable. Would be an advantage if it could run on several platforms and could be linked to EpiInfo.
