Developing the Action Plan • Issues & suggested solutions given in Report from February meeting were reviewed by WDF team. • Specific actions, priority and realistic timing were identified for each solution. • High=quick win and/or large impact on success of system • Low=restricted impact and/or significant development cost
Proposals not currently accepted • Statutory return for WCAs • Requires legislative change. For future LATS review. • Auto upload of data • Limited feasibility & sig. dev cost. Review Sept. • Bring deadline forward for WCAs • Unfair and impractical for WCAs • Regional groupings for benchmarking reports • IT cost being assessed. • Question management options • Risk that applicable question set changes over time. • Monthly reporting • Sig cost; review as part of development of optimal reporting functionality
