For the public safety the Ministry of Corporate A?airs has allowed the majority of the employees to work from home. For this a compliance has to be followed by all the companies. The Ministry has deployed Web Base Form CAR (Companies A?rmation of Readiness towards Covid-19) on 23st March 2020 which has to be ?led till 30st March 2020. There is no fees applicable for the form. It is the purely voluntary contribution as a part of our contribution towards joining the movement to ?ght against the spread of the disease. Stakeholders may at their convenience ?le this form before the due date. 

  2. The form describes whether the company/LLPis in compliance of COVID-19 Guidelines including work from home policy. Any Director/Company Secretary/Any other Person Authorized by the Company/LLP shall be Signatory for the Web Base Form. Further As per the General Circular No. 10.2010, the Ministry of Corporate A?airs has made clari?cation on spending of CSR funds for COVID-19. Funds may be spent for various activities related to COVID-19 described under Schedule VII.
