12. Procedure for obtaining FSSAI Registration It's compulsory for all Petty food business operators to obtain FSSAI registration / Fssai basic license. Food Business Operator (FBO) can obtain registration by submitting an application to food and Safety Department of India. The application shall be submitted in Form A.
