  2. AGENDA • This club is for the student who is interested in learning about Italy, Italian language and culture. • Spoken Italian: learn the basics of spoken Italian; vowel sounds, alphabet, numbers, greetings, how to order food, how to ask directions; etc.

  3. AGENDA (cont.) • Regions and Geography of Italy: Location of each region and the major cities by region; climate and geography (unique features); primary industries / businesses; food or wine specialties per region. • Music: Learn current songs and popular music artists.

  4. AGENDA (cont.) • Culture: Guest speakers share about their homeland. • Famous Italians: learn about 1 famous Italian person (either historical or contemporary). • Italian Food: Create a menu for your favorite Italian holiday. Prepare the meal for your family.
