Political Initiatives in AE • Draft Law of Non-formal Adult Education (AE) in Parliament. • Council of Non- formal AE re-established by Government. • Action Plan for AE for 2014-2016 is going to be signed by Minister of Education. • Regulations of andragogue professions signed by Minister of Education.

  3. Draft Law on Non-formal AE • Toregularly set and re-new national plan for development of AE system. • To set National Council for AE. • To introduce a 5 days leave for participation in non–formal AE. • To introduce various models of financing of AE. • To describe a third age university.

  4. Council for Non-formal AE • To supervise development of AE system. • To strengthen cooperation and dialogue between different stakeholders. • 15 members, representatives of ministries, parliament, municipalities, business associations, non-governmental sector.
