Masculine Adjectives • Are used to describe masculine nouns. Ex. Marcos esordenado y simpático. (Marcos is organized and nice.)
Feminine Adjectives • Are used to describe feminine nouns. Ex. Marta esordenada. (Marta is organized.)
Other Adjectives • Adjectives that end in –e describe both masculine and feminine nouns. Ex. Anita esinteligente. (Anita is smart.) Ex. Pedro esinteligente. (Pedro is smart.)
The verb ‘ser’ • (Yo) soy: I am • (Yo) no soy: I am not • (Él/Ella) es: He/She is • This verb is used to describe someone or something. Ex. Laura esgraciosa. (Laura is funny.)
