Makerere University is collaborating with the farming community to improve the dairy value chain in Uganda using OER. The project focuses on curriculum enhancement, knowledge transfer, joint learning, and identifying and solving key challenges. The initiative includes student-centered research, curriculum development, farmer training, and impact assessment. The goal is to create and disseminate high-quality OER to support agricultural education in Africa.
