  2. CSE Financial Reports/SAT Tool Workshop Objectives Expand knowledge of key CSE Financial Reports Expand knowledge of how CSE and SAT financial data are maximized Share best practices for utilization of CSE Financial Reports and SAT Reports SAT customized reports and V5.0 SAT release

  3. CSE Financial Reports Once upon a time, CSE did not have useful Financial Reports to support the financial history of a child support case. Thankfully, we have the SAT Tool!!! Where is the data?

  4. CSE Financial Reports A wise person once said, “Where there is desire, there will be need. From this need, we will develop and create.” CR-4-1592 Case Audit Reports (3/2009)

  5. CSE Financial Reports CR-4-1592 created a suite of four CSE Financial Reports as follows: OBM 200 – Simple Report OBM 201 – Distribution Report OBM 202 – Detailed Report OBM 203 – Simple Assigned/Unassigned

  6. CSE Financial Reports OBM 200 Series Reports Key Points The OBM Reports reflect CSE financial activity. The report may be used to begin the process of a financial case “audit.” Converted Legacy Cases will reflect a starting lump sum “conversion balance” Changes made to CSE financials in the current day, may not be reflected on the OBM reports for up to 48 hours All OBM Reports include a cover and summary page

  7. CSE Financial Reports OBM 200 – SIMPLE REPORT Combines all Debt Types (CS, SS, MS, FS) regardless of aid status Provides best view for single Debt Type and all Welfare or all Non-Welfare time periods Similar to SAT Simple Report

  8. CSE Financial Reports OBM 201 – DISTRIBUTION REPORT Displays all PRWORA categories in a separate column (NA, PA, TA, CA, UDA, UPA) Primarily used by Financial staff to view flow of aid status changes as they relate to PRWORA Similar to the SAT Combined PRWORA Report

  9. CSE Financial Reports OBM 202 DETAILED REPORT Displays a monthly subtotal of all CSE financial transactions by Debt Type Provides detailed distribution of each transaction amount with transaction type, payment source and assigned/unassigned origin. Similar to SAT Monthly Payment Report

  10. CSE Financial Reports OBM 203 Simple Assigned/Unassigned Report Displays Assigned (Welfare) and Unassigned (Non-Welfare) Provides a break out of Assigned (Welfare) and Unassigned (Non-Welfare) totals for each Debt Type Similar to SAT Simple Welfare/Non-Welfare Report
