ProfessionalIdea Exchange (P.I.E.) • Think about some of the “lollipop moments” you’ve had as a coach that have contributed to a culture of professional growth in your building. • Each group has been assigned one of the four elements. • Write your best idea on a slice of pie & put the group’s “pie” together. Name it and give a reason for your analogy. i.e. It’s a PUMPKIN pie because even when our efforts get SQUASHED, we move sweetly forward.
