  3. Energy Energy is important to me because everyone needs energy to go through their day. Without energy, nothing would get done. You can get energy by sleep or eating breakfast. One time I didn’t get a lot of sleep so the next morning I was super grumpy and really tired! It was so awful! I barely make it through the school day! Now I know that I really need to get sleep and get a lot of energy so I will be my usual happy self!
