Safari journal Serengeti national park
Serengeti national park The Serengeti national park has been around for about 50 years. The park is a beautiful and natural wonder of the world. It also is a great place to talk photos and videos. The Serengeti park goes on mile after mile and crosses over 2 countries.
Day 1 On the first day of the trip the guide took us across the border to Kenya and the first thing he pointed out to us was the acacia tree. The picture to the right and unusual lonely acacia tree. They are wide at the top for the most sunlight as well as staying away from the animals that eat them. They have small leave so that they don’t waste water and have thorns for animals that can reach them
Day 2 On the second day we woke up with a loud roar from lions. By the time we were done with breakfast it was 11:35 and we needed to get moving if we wanted to see elephants. Exactly 1 hour later we spotted an elephant family of 2 children, father and mother. These animals walk for miles to find water and an last days without it. There are other animals as well such as impala, reptiles and birds.
Day 3 On the third day we saw a classic, yet still beautiful scene of impalas next to a well known acacia tree. This was during the lunch time of these animals and a lot of them eat the leaves from the thorny acacia tree.
Day 4 Day four was a very windy day and had a small drizzle in the morning so when we got out everything was a lush green environment. We stopped to see a pair of wildebeests lost amongst the plains. The reason the wildebeests are the color they are is because they can hide well in the bushes and the environment around them
Day 5 On the last day we spotted these rhinos about to go and eat some food. This is the picture of a small and very young rhino. After the picture a par of lions past by and went hunting for some impalas. At the end of the day we started to head back to camp before it became dark as this was the time a lot of animals went hunting for it is cool and nothing can see it.
