Positive and Negative Numbers in Real Life Situations I will be able to place positive and negative numbers on a horizontal and vertical number line, and identify the integer represented in a situation. So I can create a poster that models a real life scenario involving integers. I will know I got it when I can complete and compare my poster work to the other groups’ with least 80% accuracy. 6.NS.C.5, 6.NS.C.6a, 6.NS.C.6c
Language Objective By the end of the lesson, I will be able to use the four language domains of listening, speaking, reading and writing. I will be able to listen to and have an oral discussion with my partners on how to place positive and negative numbers on a horizontal and vertical number line. We will also create a real world example and identify the integer represented in a situation to complete our group poster.
