MCDR New Activities • Initial Size EGP 100 m • Listed at EGX • An EGX30 tracker • Short sell, margin trading, intra day trading are all applicable • Creation & redemption in the primary market • Settles trades in the secondary market • MCDR acts as both depository bank and settlement agency • Orascom Development Holding is the first EDR • SIS is MCDR counterparty at the issuing country • MCDR establishes new EDR system EDRs Egyptian Depository Receipts ETFs Exchange Traded Funds
