  2. What is Natural Phenomena • Natural phenomena is something that isn’t caused by humans, but it can effect humans. Examplesof them are like Aurora, Fire Rainbow, Eclipses, Midnight Sun and others.

  3. What is a lunar eclipse? • Lunar eclipse is a type of natural phenomena when the sun, the earth, and the moon all lined up in the same line. The earth will end up with blocking the sun rays from reaching the moon. Just like when you stand and you have your own shadow.

  4. Phases Of The Moon

  5. How does Lunar Eclipse happen?

  6. Lunar eclipse This Lunar Eclipse occurs at 10th of may and it is an Annular Lunar Eclipse. This Lunar Eclipse occurs at the 25th of april and it is a Partial Lunar Eclipse

  7. Types Of LUNAREclipse 1. Penumbral Lunar Eclipse • The Moon passes through Earth's penumbral shadow. Its also hard to observe. 2. Partial Lunar Eclipse • A partof the Moon passes through Earth's umbral shadow. It is easy to see, even with naked eyes. 3. Total Lunar Eclipse • The entire Moon passes through Earth's umbral shadow. It is a little dangerous due to the Moon’s vibrant red color during the total phase.

  8. Earth’s Shadows • Earth has 2 shadows, one inside the other shadow. The inner shadow is called the umbra, and the umbra is the darker shadow. The penumbra is the wider shadow, that stretches more than the umbra, but it isn’t as dark as the umbra.

  9. Causes of Lunar Eclipse • It is caused because the imaginary flat surface which is formed by the moons path around earth, runs at an angle of approximately 5 degrees. So, when the full moon is covering the whole earth’s umbra shadow, it can happen.

  10. How Lunar Eclipse Happens • It is caused when the moon passes through the shadow of the Earth. An eclipse of the moon can only occurs when there is a full moon (Super Moon). When the moon is in the penumbra side of the earth, we can’t recognize that the moon is getting darker. When the moon is in a part of the umbra shadow, it is called a partial lunar eclipse. When the moon is in all the way of the Umbra it is called the total lunar eclipse. It can lasts from 20 minutes to an hour and 40 minutes.

  11. Impact of Lunar Eclipse • The impact on Solar Eclipse is that we could blind our eyes if we see a solar eclipse while the impact of a Lunar Eclipse is that we can only use naked eyes to see it. Sometimes, people do meditation for their ritual, because this combines the power of full and new moon at once.
