NOW Allow your body to relax and close your eyes. Listen to the sounds outside the room. Pay attention to each sound…listen to them all. Listen to the sounds inside the room. Now listen to your breathing for several minutes.
Now take yourself back to a time when you were happy. Picture that scene in your mind. When you are ready, come back into the present. Become aware of where you are….notice the sounds around you. Now open your eyes.
