This project provides support to a 12-year-old male referred for anger management and a 15-year-old female referred for low mood and anger issues. Services include initial contact with family and referrer, health assessment, SDQ assessments, safety-focused approach, personalized plan development, relationship building, feelings management programs, anger and anxiety management sessions, online safety education, DBT skills training, group support, self-esteem building, and support for harmful sexual behaviors. The project collaborates with families, schools, CAMHS, social care, police, and SAS, aiming to achieve set goals, conduct follow-ups, gather feedback, and provide appropriate referrals.
