  3. Co-dominant and dominant markers. Haploid and diploid data. Limits: • 1400 populations • 150 groups • 1000 loci • 10 alpha-numeric characters for a locus name Max number of alleles per locus: • 9 if you use arabic numerals (1 through 9). • 52 if you use letters (case senstitive).
