As part of this course, Cruz Calderhead studied everything that he will need to succeed in this niche type of construction including the finer points of concrete testing, framing, estimating, and scheduling.

  4. Range of Technical Skills Cruz Calderhead demonstrates a range of technical skills that help him to succeed in his role as a project manager. He is proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, Revit, SketchUp, Procore, P6, and ArchiCAD.

  5. Loves Design & Detail Cruz Calderhead loves the design and detail that he puts into the houses that he makes. For him, it's the highlight of his job as a project engineer.
