CITIZEN’S CHARTER SECTION| CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE • Issuance of Certificate of Compliance (CoC) • The head of the government agency shall issue a CoC to ensure compliance of the agency to the mandates of RA 11032. • To be submitted to the Authority using the template provided in Reference C. • The head of the government agency shall submit soft copies (in text-searchable PDF format) of the Citizen’s Charters and the CoC to the Authority through the email address: compliance@arta.gov.ph
