Using Class Preregistration • Great for larger volunteer or combination departments • Each fire fighter would need access to the Training Module with their own login. • Classes must be entered well in advance. • Provides for one source location for posting available training • Simplifies accountability and attendance requirements.
Class Preregistration Setup • 1st create a new class in the future • Select Preregistration and the min and max attendees. • Complete the remaining class setup
Signing up for Classes • Select Forms>Training Enrollment
Signing up for Classes • Select the Class then Select Enroll 1 2
Viewing Enrollment • Select Info>Scheduling and Tracking • Expand Training>Pre Registration • Expand Open or Closed Select the Class and view
