  3. What is CSP? CSP stands for Customer Service Point. It is also known as Mitra Bank or Business Correspondent (BC). This idea arose under the model of public-private partnership (PPP). In this scheme, the CSP provider uses the term as a representative or agent of a particular bank. The kiosks offer banking services such as deposits, withdrawals, debit/credit card applications, and payment of consumption bills. Basically, it is a small bank where you can use all the banking services without actually going to the bank. There are certain criteria for registering an All Bank CSP, and once they are met, you can perform these transactions. CSP service providers are primarily targeting remote areas of the country that provide financial services with the community's specific needs in mind.
