A Guide on how to prepare for CTET 2019 CTET or the Central Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, as per the guidelines of Ministry of Human development ; Govt of India. Its Purpose is to achieve the Right to Free and Compulsory Education for children.
