  7. LiFi PHY Mode Classifications • Note Known to Low Rate Group TBD TBD TBD Jaesang Cha [SNUST] Soo Young Chang [SYCA]

  8. SNUST’s PHY Mode Classifications • Based on Tx types for ISC/PD • Integrated PHY Model to support all subgroup in a single structure • Numbering Method is added like extension of IEEE 805.15.7 is not desirable • Numbering PHY like 7r1_1, 7r1_2, 7r1_3 to avoid later confusions • Classification Criteria should be discussed with all subgroup in a common group discussion • Individual PHY Implementation can be a subjective to the individual subgroup Jaesang Cha [SNUST] Soo Young Chang [SYCA]

  9. SNUST/’s PHY Mode Classifications (1) • Tx Based Classification • PHY 7r1_1 – Singular Point Source /Surface Light Source • Rolling / Global Shutter Cameras • Singular Point Source/ Surface LED • Low Rate PD / Image Sensor with Singular Point Source • PHY 7r1_2 - 2 Dimensional Source / Multi Point Source • Screen / Display Panel • Image Sensor with 2 Dimensional / Multi point Source • PHY 7r1_3 – LiFi(?) Jaesang Cha [SNUST] Soo Young Chang [SYCA]

  10. SNUST’s PHY Mode Classifications (2) • Suggestion • Add in Appendix the Receiver Specific Information for Encoding/Modulation Scheme used Jaesang Cha [SNUST] Soo Young Chang [SYCA]

  11. SNUST/’s PHY Mode Classifications (3) • PHY 7r1_1 • Intel • UFSOOK • Twinkle VPPM • SNUST • Offset-VPWM • Kookmin ? • S2-PSK • S2-DSM-PSK • CM-FSK • C-OOK (2 Modes) • China Telecom ? • PAPM • NTU ? • RS-F나 • SYCA • CSM mode1 • Panasonic ? • PWM/PPM (3 Modes) Jaesang Cha [SNUST] Soo Young Chang [SYCA]
