Steps involved Get the volume of SPAs dispatched Segregate the Volumes for TD and NTD Sort the TD Volume in Descending Order Sort the NTD Volume in Descending Order Top 50 Destinations of TD Volume will form Level 1 TD and next 50 Destinations of TD Volume will form Level 2 TD Top 50 Destinations of NTD Volume will form Level 1 NTD and next 38 Destinations will form Level 2 NTD

Steps in-detail We have to get the volume of SPAs dispatched from our NSH to all the other destinations (TD and NTD) for a specified Period The period can be between 1 to 6 months The volume has to be extracted from the Speednet Database through a SQL Query This extract has to be exported to MS Excel Seggregated as TD and NTD Data has to be sorted in Descending Order of Volume Dispatched for TD and NTD separately Top 50 Destinations will form level 1 and subsequent destinations will form level 2 Finally Sorting Diagram can be designed

  4. Execute MS SQL Query

  5. Result of Query Query executed for NSH Bangalore for July 2013

  6. Export to MS Excel

  7. Add a column TDNTD
