  1. How To Use Gmail Account With Your Company’s Domain Name? Gmail is the most widely used emailing platform and anyone can sign up for this free mail service. Google offers a service called Google apps by which users can create email accounts using their own custom domain names. This means you can have an email account and your email address will end with your domain name that you can use during the sign up process.

Here is a detailed description that allows you to use your Gmail account with your company’s domain name. • First, turn on your PC and check your PC is connected to internet and launch your browser. • Now open Google apps home page and there you have to click on “Get started” button. • Next, click on radio button that you can see just next to “Administrator” then it will ask you to enter your custom domain name in the given box. Now go to “Get started” once again. • On next page, it will ask you to fill the required information and you need to enter name, email address, phone number, country, region and the related information of your business or organization. Once you are done with this information, you need to click on “Continue” to carry on this process.

  3. Now you get an option to create your email address with your custom domain name. Next you have to enter your username and password and then fill on-screen security captcha. • Next, you need to check mark the box by clicking on “I agree terms and conditions” option that you see on your computer screen. • In order to link your email address you have to contact your website’s hosting provider and inform them to change MX records for your email to the given priorities and servers. • It will take few hours for the changes you made to MX records to come into effect and when you are ready to sign up into your custom Gmail account, you need to visit google.com/a/yourdomain.com where your domain.com is a domain you registered with Google Apps.
