Engaging Everyone: Chess4Clubs at Schools

Chess4 engages every student in grade 4 through a 1-2-3 point system, promoting team competition. Over 1,000 classes and 29,000 ten-year-olds learn chess annually. Schools host pedagogic chess clubs with 7,000 teachers instructing 15,000 children. The initiative includes school tournaments, team championships, and Norway's CiS program. Magnus Carlsen's influence has made chess widely popular in Norway, with plans for Yes2Chess and collaboration with Sweden for mutual benefits.
