Blessed is she who cares for others. God will surely care for her. The Lord will push her gently and lift her spirits when she is down. The Lord will visit her in old age and help her up from her chair. Even my friends - those close to me – treat me carelessly at times.

Blessed is she who cares for others. God will surely care for her. The Lord will push her gently and lift her spirits when she is down. The Lord will visit her in old age and help her up from her chair. Even my friends - those close to me – treat me carelessly at times. But in your hands, Lord, I feel safe. I know you are right behind me. Adapted from Psalm 41
You, Lord, are my sanctuary. Let me never feel discarded. What carer could match you? You always catch what I say. You watched over me as a girl. Stay close now I am old and grey. I never tire of sharing memories, both good times and sad times. They remind me you are faithful, for you hear me when I call. Adapted from Psalm 71
