Principles of Hospitality & Tourism (Course #3015) Climb aboard the Panther Express as we explore the career opportunities in the lodging industry (hotels, motels, bed& breakfast), travel & tourism, recreation, amusement parks, resorts, cruise line ships, restaurants, and the food & beverage industries. In this exciting project based full year course, culinary arts will be practiced throughout the year. Learn to cook, bake, and eat what you make. Guest speakers will visit from the industry to share their experiences, as well as a possible field trip to a related behind the scenes tour of a hospitality & tourism location in San Antonio.

Principles of Human Services 1.0 High school credit 7th & 8th grade Elective
Principles of Human Services In this full year project based course for high school credit, 7th & 8th grade students will have the opportunity to explore culinary arts, pastry arts, interior design, clothing construction, college & career exploration, money management skills, family roles and responsibilities, child development, and personal success as it relates to preparing for your future and Family & Consumer Sciences. You don't want to miss the opportunity to take this fun filled course. Students will learn how to use a sewing machine and the computerized embroidery machine as it relates to their clothing/accessory construction project(s).
