Definition Adult/Dislocated Worker Average Earnings Official definition: Of those employed in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarters after the exit quarter, total post-program earnings (in Q2 & Q3 after exit) divided by the number of customers who exit during the quarter. Customers not employed in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd quarters after exit are excluded.
