  4. Overview of sales module For that Goto Invoicing -> Taxes ❏

  5. ❖ From Overview we can enter the details of following ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Company Data Quotation Layout Payment Method Sample Quotation

  6. ❖ And we have following views are available for the quotation ❖ Tree view ❖ Kanban View ❖ Calendar iew ❖ Graph View ❖ Pivot View By default tree view is available for the quotations.

  11. ❖ 3 status are available -> * Quotation * sales Order * Quotation Send

  12. For Exporting - Select the quotation to export -> From Action Export

  13. Select the export format and fields -> Export

  14. We will get a prompt -> Save file

  15. Open the file Here we can see the date we exported

  16. For importing click Import Button

  17. Click LOAD FILE and Select file to Import

  18. Here we can see the data which is imported -> Import

  19. And here we can see Successfully imported quotation details

  20. We have an option for filtering, Group By and Favorites the search

  22. Fill Customer,Product details -> Confirm the order

  23. Click the SEND BY EMAIL to send quotation to customer

  24. We will get Email Template -> SEND

  25. Option for see the quotation which is send to the customer
