  2. INTRODUCTION • The Warning Messages and Alerts allow you to configure alerts on the customers and vendors or products. • Which appears when doing any activities with those customers and vendors or products.

  3. Purchase > Configuration > Settings. Activate Warnings from here.

  4. Now in Purchase > Products > Products. In every product under Purchase tab you will see an option to add Warning. • You can provide Warning and Blocking Message there.

  5. If an Warning message is given in purchase for a product when selecting that product for RFQ you will get the pre set Warning message there.

  6. Now lets try adding a Blocking Message there.

  7. If an Blocking message is given in purchase for a product when selecting that product for RFQ you will get the pre set Blocking message there.

  8. We can add this Warning Message for vendor so that when choosing that vendor the pre set Message will be shown there.

  9. If an Warning message is given in purchase for a Vendor when selecting that Vendor for RFQ you will get the pre set Warning message there. • Similarly You can add a Blocking Message.
