Your growth could be killed by this error in CUSTOMER ACQUISITION.

A customer acquisition strategy encompasses more than one channel or method, despite the fact that the word is frequently used in the marketing sector. Developing relationships with potential consumers, attending to their requirements, and giving them the important information they need to make an informed decision about purchase are all part of user acquisition methods.

  1. CYDCOR YOUR GROWTH COULD BE KILLED BY THIS ERROR IN CUSTOMER ACQUISITION.

  2. 1.YOUR DEVELOPMENT DEPENDS ON THEIR SUCCESS POTENTIAL If you think about the client using your product successfully, or at least the benefits that come with that success, such as: • keeping them as a client • Increasing their stay time • Having them gradually pay you more • Activating them to act as your advocate then refrain from making an aggressive effort to acquire customers that lack success potential.

  3. 2.BE REALISTIC ABOUT YOUR CAPABILITIES You have to be realistic about your capabilities today both as a company and within your product. You also have to know what those capabilities will (or should) be in the future. Only then can you know who is and is not a good fit today and who will be a good fit in the future from a Success Potential standpoint.

  4. 3.THE EVOLUTION OF APPROPRIATE EXPERIENCE • You have to know where you and your customers are on that continuum and be realistic.

  5. 4.Success Drives Advocacy Only customers that are successful with your product – and through their interactions with your company – will become advocates for you; at least in a repeatable, scalable way.

  6. 5.CREATE DEMAND WITH YOUR NEXT IDEAL CUSTOMER • Observe this: Just because they aren't your ideal client right now doesn't mean you shouldn't start making plans for the day when they will be in the very near future.

  7. THANK YOU
