Is situated in the South-Eastern part of Bulgaria, in the valley of Tundzha river which surrounds it from three sides and there are uplands only on its north side. YAMBOL The fertile lands in the river valley were settled from ancient times.
Programme 1 DAY • 10:00 a.m. – arrival in Yambol and accommodation in „Diana Palavce“ hotel. • 12:00 a.m. – lunch in the hotel restaurant. • 01:00 p.m. – departure to Kabyle village and visit to the National archeological park “Kabyle”. • 04:00 p.m. – leisure time in Yambol. • 08:00 p.m. – dinner in the hotel restaurant. • 09:00 p.m. – visit to Bingo hall, casino, etc.

National archeological park “Kabyle” NAR“Kabyle” is about 8 km north-west of Yambol. The visitors could see the ruins of Kabyle – one of the biggest and most significant towns in the ancient Thrace, established in the ІV- th century B.C., whose existence continued up to the Middle Ages.There is a historical museum that keeps unique exposition presenting the excavated monuments and finds in the Yambol region from the ІV-th century B.C. till XIII-thcentury A.C.
Drama On the way from Yambol to Elhovo we could see the ridges of Monastery uplands, after which there is a hill called “The three knolls” . In the skirts of the uplands is embowered a little village – Drama. Very important excavations have been done from German- Bulgarian archeological expedition in the field of prehistoric settlement. For the first time in Bulgaria here have been excavated fragments of Miken ceramic and clay stamp with “Linear letter - A”. On the territory of the region were excavated more than 270 prehistoric settlements ad tombs.
Bezisten It was built in the second middle of XV c. in the center of the town. It is one of the 10 covered markets in Europe. It is the only building of that kind in Bulgaria, very well preserved monument. It gives very unique impression of Yambol and is one of the town’s symbols. The Bezisten was restored in 1970- 1973 and still works as a covered market.
Eski Mosque This is the old mosque Ebu Bekir built in 1413. One of the earliest mosques on the territory of Bulgaria.
