Custom Software Development • What does it do? • Eligibility Tracking • Allows OEM to control unauthorized core returns • On-Line Core Criteria • Core pictures and any criteria associated with parts can be updated on-line preventing costly publications and reprints of paper documents • On-Line Parts Ordering • All inventories are visible and can be ordered from any internet connection • Fully Visible Supply Chain • OEM has full visibility of all parts movements through out the supply chain • Real Time Inventory Updates • EnCore’s customers have instant updates to their inventory from a web-based ERP system • Advance Shipment Notifications • As parts are shipped, EnCore’s customer receives email notification which contains selected carrier and tracking number • Simplified return process for dealers • Our system produces all necessary shipping documents as the dealer inputs core return • All shipments are bar-coded

  3. On-Line Inventory Control • Authorized Personnel can view stock status and inventory movements at real-time speed

  4. On-Line Ordering • Users also have access to order on-hand parts • Bar code labels and BOL generated automatically

  6. On Line Catalogs • Inventory can be cataloged to ensure proper parts are returned or ordered

  7. Automated Email Notification • Once an Item has been shipped, received or inspected, automated email notifications can be sent to designated individuals
